Bunkered Live show in Birmingham is the biggest golf focused show in the UK and CzechTourism UK will be exhibiting for the first time there. Czechia boasts over one hundred of top quality golf courses. These are not only championship courses, but also golf resorts, training academies, indoor simulators and golf schools for beginners and experienced players. The first golf courses in Czechia were established at the beginning of 20th century mostly in Prague and in the West Bohemia spa triangle, however later spread all around the country.
At Bunkered Live West Bohemia will be represented by Cihelny Golf & Wellness Resort It is a green paradise lying in the valley of the river Teplá near the spa town of Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad). This golf course was designed by one of the greatest persons in the history of golf, Gary Player, who created an 18 hole course of so called Scotish type here. The character of the course is based rather on its technical parameters than on its size. The golf course in Cihelny is outstanding for numerous water areas and the natural obstructions as well as the artificial ones.
