Unexpected support and words of appreciation were given to health professionals and patients of the leading Prague hospital Na Homolce, which was supported by the famous French actor Jean Reno.
The hospital published the actor's video-greeting, which he said he would like to give courage to the staff, on its website.
"I know it's hard, this time is very difficult. But there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, ”said the actor, who is well-known in Czech Republic and whom viewers know from the films Brutal Nikita, Leon, Shut Up, or Purple Rivers.
The hospital said the greeting was sent by the actor's manager. Spokeswoman Martina Dostálová had no idea why he chose Homolka. In 2015, he shot the third volume of Visitors in Prague, and a year later, among other things, in the Oráčov prison near Rakovník in Central Bohemia, he also made the film Adventurers and was also a guest of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival.
