The Chateau in Mikulov will host The 10th edition of The Artistic Design Festival Křehký Mikulov, showcasing (collectable) designer items, for the 10th time. This year‘s exhibition will comprise the works of mainly Czech designers. Due to the various and (unpredictable) travel bans restricting the international guests, the focus of the festival shifts to the Czech creators. Hopefully, we will be able to once again schedule some workshops, during which the visitors themselves can try to create their own items inspired by the style of the participating designers. The Artistic Design Festival Křehký Mikulov taking place from the 28th of May to the 6th of June 2021 will be open free of charge for all its visitors.
Visitors can look forward to special exhibitions on the premises of the Chateau Mikulov. The main exposition will be prepared by a well-known scenographer Marek Cpin. The resident designer of The Artistic Design Festival Křehký Mikulov Michal Bačák will display a new collection. Veronika Jiroučková will be showcasing an eclectic set of tableware. After a couple of previous collaborations, a Czech designer Klára Šumová will introduce another contribution to Křehký.
