Since its foundation in 2006, the first degustation restaurant in the Czech Republic has maintained a high level of service. This was crowned in 2012 with a Michelin star. The renowned head chef Oldřich Sahajdák looks for inspiration in the cookery books of the century before last and enjoys preparing fish from Czech rivers. You can try several dishes without using cutlery just as the head chef planned.
