A non-smoking restaurant in the centre of Kroměříž offering lunch menus, snacks of traditional Czech and international cuisine and a wide range of quality beverages (cask and bottled Moravian wine, draught beer Poutník and Pilsner Urquell as well as ciders from the Bohemian Paradise), this is Radniční sklípek. In the Radniční sklípek restaurant, the chefs let the main ingredients stand out and do not overpower them with any spices or artificial flavourings. The range of dishes is narrower, but they are all the more ready to respond to all the requests of guests who should not be ashamed to ask for a dish they have not found on the restaurant's menu. From drinks you can taste wine from Mr. Lebloch from Velké Bílovice, tasty ciders from Lažany, teas from "fair trade" or coffee prepared by trained baristas. In October 2010, the restaurant was included in the Czech Specials project, in which it committed to always offer at least one national and one regional culinary specialty, to meet strict hygiene criteria and to follow the principles of fair trade!
